Some business partnerships are created in an office. Ours began more than 30 years ago in the Chicago real estate market.
Early in our careers, we worked together under the name Property Consultants while serving as licensed Brokers during one of the most transformative periods in Chicago's history. As neighborhoods such as the South Loop, West Loop, and downtown districts experienced redevelopment and revitalization, we gained firsthand experience navigating market cycles, investment opportunities, neighborhood growth, and long-term real estate value.
Those years shaped not only our careers, but our philosophy about real estate. Clients deserve trusted advisors who bring experience, strategy, and advocacy to every transaction, professionals who place their clients' interests first and provide honest guidance every step of the way. We believe our role extends far beyond simply selling homes.
Like many real estate professionals, we also navigated the challenges of the 2007 housing crisis and the years that followed. Those experiences reinforced the importance of adaptability, sound advice, disciplined negotiation, and long-term thinking, lessons that continue to benefit our clients today.
Over the years, our careers have evolved and expanded into different markets and specialties, but our passion for real estate and helping clients make informed decisions has never changed.
Years later, our paths crossed again in Arizona.
As we began building our business in the Valley, returning to the name Property Consultants felt natural. The name carried history, experience, and sentimental value from where our partnership began more than three decades earlier.
Adding AZ gave the name even greater meaning.
AZ represents Arizona, the communities we proudly serve throughout the Valley, and it also reflects our commitment to helping clients with everything from A to Z when it comes to real estate questions, strategy, negotiation, and guidance.
The name felt right.
